Founded by Roland Parrish in 1989, Parrish McDonald’s Restaurants Ltd. is the second largest minority-owned McDonald’s franchisee in the U.S. Parrish opened his first McDonald’s restaurant 20 years ago, and today the Dallas-based company operates 19 restaurants throughout North Texas.
In 2008, the company had revenues of $41.4 million – up 4.7% from last year.
