Founded by William J. Moore III in 1986, Capstone Corp. is the ninth largest black-owned company in Virginia.
Capstone supplies services for civil/military

operations, mission systems support, business and enterprise technical solutions. Clients include the Department of Defense, Department. of Energy, the U.S. Army, and the U.S. Navy.  In 2008, revenues for the company exceeded $46.4 million.
