- 44. Don’t deny your emotions.
Just because you may feel fearful, it doesn’t mean those same feelings need to dictate your actions. Remember that they’re separate. So, take action that moves you forward. Not only should you give yourself permission to feel the fear but also permission to continue pursuing the steps to move through it. Fear gives you an opportunity to demonstrate courage.
