Malik Ducard, YouTube
As YouTube’s Director of Content Business Developments, Malik Ducard is responsible for developing partnerships between YouTube, television, film, and modern media companies. Under Ducard’s management, YouTube launched YouTube Live, began offering movie rentals from Paramount Pictures, and partnered with news outlets like ABC News, Al Jazeera English, and BuzzFeed. Prior to joining YouTube, he served as Senior Vice President of Digital Distribution at Paramount Pictures and oversaw the distribution of films to mobile and digital platforms, including Netflix, iTunes, and Xbox. Ducard earned a bachelor’s in film and African American Studies from Columbia University and an MBA from the University of California.
