At Innov8tiv, we aspire to bridge the gender gap in STEM fields. One of the ways we do so is by shedding more light on the few women who are breaking new ground in technology. We are hoping that our efforts will give young girls who are either too afraid, too undecided, or too caught up in the idea that the STEM field is a reserve for men.
Today, in our Fem Geek
section, we feature one woman, Catt Small. She is not only doing a splendid job in the tech world, she is also acting as a role model and motivator for young girls who are reluctant to pursue STEM education and careers. The following is our exclusive interview with Catt Small, in which she talks about all her achievements, challenges, and career climaxes in the tech world.
