Early this morning, the first batch of nominations for the 58th Annual Grammy Awards were announced on CBS This Morning. Artists such as Kendrick Lamar, the Weeknd, and Taylor Swift were among the top nominees, as all three earned Album of the Year noms. Lamar earned a Song of the Year nod to his single "Alright.†But one pop star, whose claim to fame is boy band B2K and more recently "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood," and who did not make the list has been trending in relation to the Grammy announcements: Omarion. He's taken to Twitter to voice his thoughts on why he believes he should have been nominated for a Grammy for Billboard hit "Post to Be," featuring Chris Brown and Jhene Aiko. "Post to be" is one of the greatest R&B collaborations ever. CB, Jhene, & myself been in the game 10+. – OMARION (@1Omarion) December 7, 2015 Even though people act like its easy to make a hit (& it's not). I'll be back. Have my Grammy's ready. – OMARION (@1Omarion) December 7, 2015 The game has long changed since I was introduced to it. They want to still treat me like I'm a new to this. My moment is coming trust. – OMARION (@1Omarion) December 7, 2015 So when it's all said & done. Remember. I prophesied it. It's my destiny. I was destined. Chosen. – OMARION (@1Omarion) December 7, 2015 Airing on CBS on February 15th, from 8-11:30 p.m., the 2016 Grammy Awards will feature many musicians of color who have been up to win.
