Homestead Holdings is the third largest minority-owned dealership in the state of Florida. Founded by William Armstrong in 1990, the dealership group owns Armstrong Ford and Armstrong Toyota-Scion–Florida’s premier African American-owned Toyota franchise.
The automotive group’s revenues totaled $75 million in 2008–down 38% from last year.
