LOOK HERE BLACK PEOPLE. HILLIARY CLINTON IS GOING TO "SCOUNDREL" HER WAY INTO THE WHITE HOUSE. SOMEWHERE, YEARS AGO, THE BALLS WERE SET IN MOTION FOR HER TO BECOME THE NEXT PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, AND THE WASHINGTON POLITICAL MACHINE IS GOING TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN.
OBAMA IS NOT GOING TO BE THE PRESIDENT.
AND YOU MAY AS WELL GET READY FOR IT
SO DONT HOLD YOUR BREATH, BECAUSE HILLIARY IS PLOTTING AND SHE HAS HER VICTORY LAID OUTWITH THE HELP OF HER "RHODES SCHOLAR" HUSBAND AND HIS CROANIE CONNECTION, SHE IS GOING TO SNAKE HER WAY INTO THE WHITE HOUSE
REMEMBER SOMETHING- DIRTY WHITE PEOPLE DONT FIGHT FAIR.
I simply love Obamas' direction. I first didnt seek to even care about this election because of our twisted these elections have been however Obama is NOT just speeches, he is exactly what the country needs. He is not just a black man running for presidency he is an AMERICAN who is running for presidency and he has REAL solutions and a REAL plan that WILL work
i am a zimbabwean but states needs someone like Obama
IT does give you a sense of pride to see a black man with a real chance at being the president. But my people please read and gather information and find out what both candidates stand for. That is he only way to make a true and honest decision. Because is you just vote for Obama because he is black then we are doing what has been done to us time and time again. Peace.
This campaign has bought me great pride and some saddness. Pride in the quality of Senator Obama as a candidate and in the cross-cultural support he is receiving. Saddness is the lack of support from such leaders as Andrew Young and Julian bond -- to name Are these the people that fought so we could define our own lives and future? Did they just mean some of us? Thank you black enterprise for your coverage. If I never saw a photo and didnt know he was black I would still support him
I believe in people, redyellowblack or white theyre all precious in his sight, not just one or another. Why does it always have to be a racism thing? It needs to be a people thing, as in the best person for the job! I being a WHITE MALE, 45 years old, Believe in change, and America needs it more now than ever. Even if you dont vote for Mr. Obama, please vote. If you dont vote, dont complain, you may have made the differance.

Hillary is no Shirley Chisolm. Shirley Chisolm was the first African American women in Congress and who ran for presidency in 1972. Hillary should know some black history before she mentioned president Lyndon who did absolutely nothing. She couldnt run Bill so how could she run the country.
To thomasr22:
George Bush, Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Colin Powell; all had their hands over their hearts during the national anthem, and over the Bible when they were sworn in. Look at the direction that they have taken the country.
THERE IS SOMETHING HAPPENING IN AMERICA THAT WE AS A PEOPLE NEED TO PARTAKE OF, CHANGE IS WHAT IS HAPPENING, I BELIEVE OBAMA CAN WIN THIS ELECTIONS NOT ONLY THE PRIMARY BUT THE PRESIDENCY AS WELL WITH OUR HELP AND SUPPORT AS A PEOPLE HE CAN. I LOVE HILARY BUT I BELIEVE SHE DIDNT EMBODED THE TRANFOMATION OR TRANLATION WE AS A PEOPLE ARE LOOKING FOR (HUNGRY FOR) FOR. PLEASE LET MAKE IT HAPPEN OBAMA 08.
HIS NAME IS BARACK I OBAMA! THE FACT IS HE DIDNT PUT HIS HAND OVER HIS HEART DURING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM! NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION IF YOU ARE RUNNING FOR THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WHY WOULD YOU NOT PUT YOUR HAND OVER YOUR HEART! THAT IS A STANC
I saw, for the first time, a copy of the Black' Enterprise' magazine (Obama on the cover is the WHY I picked it up)
I am a white, retired (management), and female that has been wearing my OBAMA button proudly for over months! I would like to share my experience as I talk OBAMA up here in east TN. Over 25% of our white friends are definitely supporting Obama now and the rest well, 75% will vote him in the White House (some are Republicans)now the problemour black friends they do not believe a black person can be the candidate and therefore are supporting Hillary. I am asking all black voters to have confidence that Obama will definitely get our vote and he and Michelle Obama will make us so proud! PLEASE vote Obama
I support Obama because he has a proven record that we as Black Americans do not know about. Why? Because we are not learning about Obama. We are comfortable with the people we know(The Clintons)as if we owe them something. If anything they owe usIf we read his books you could learn him. Stop being lazy and "Back Barack"
ENOUGH SAIDHe has changed "His-Story" and made yet another profound entry into Black History. Critics, and skeptics should never tell a determined people [namely African-Americans] what can not be accomplished. The Iowa Caucas has spoken. Obama out voted both party candidates. NOW WHAT?
He is an eloquent speaker, well- poised, and well-dressed. He realizes that he poses a sense of danger to the average-thinking American that whose mindset is not capable of breaking the black vs white mold. Thats what makes Obama special. I think that regardless of what the polls reflect, he is a BIG winner over all the other candidates because he made them work harder than they normally would have. They do not seem as confident as he is. Instead of looking at their faces though; listen to what these candidates are saying. Some of the answers are repetitive, rehersed, unbelievable and shakey. Some are making promised that they can not possibly keep all because of Obamas charisma. Please pray for him, because this country has a talent for taking what we find valuable
Barack Obama is a example to the next generation of Americans. Here is a inteligent caring man who is concerned about the betterment of our society. Its time to shatter the glass ceiling. And show the next generation that everything is achievable with hard work, preparation, strong character, and hope. Robert
I would first, like to respond to the "Most Powerfull (sic) Preacher" man. Why? #1 If you have a computer, you have spell check use it. #2 This forum is not about YOU. #3 Do us all a favor and pray for YOURSELF because the "Almighty" God, nor did his Son, Jesus move you write about your self-proclaimed power, and mentally-challenged prestige. Finally, I am from St. Louis, and I resent the fact that you claim to represent this city, let alone the citys ministry; which [by the way] is supposed to be used to glorify God and His son, and not self. TAKE MY ADVICE think before you speak, draft before writing, and get you some business of your own. Stay out of intellectual forums that are constructed for positive thinkers who want change; welcomes REASONABLE responses, and requires its respondents to have minimal ability to communicate/express their thoughts clearly.
i dont understand whyyou people
have the guts to ask us veuwershow we feel about a black man name obamaruning for "PRESIDENT"OF THE USA

I really applaud BE for this coverage of Barack Obama. Please keep it coming! I really good man coined this phrase. "In America, we are culturally conditioned to believe that white is superior and black is inferior. And the manifestation of that conditioning is that we are underetimated, undervalued and marginalized" Folks, every time we keep saying dont vote for Obama because he is Black, we are expressing our self marginalizing. We have got to stop! Lets talk about WHY HE IS qualified to be President. Look at his policies. Listen to his speeches. Look at his background. This brother has got it! The only other candidate in the race who I would support is Edwards. Clinton has less experience than Obama and Edwards. Being first lady doesnt count.
Barack is easily the most intelligent candidate and best for the job, but in America we dont hire the best person, hence our current president. I think he may be too smart for America, his intelligence although very well respected will scare off white votersHed have a better chance if he was 50 Cent or some other stereo-typical brother because tis country loves that version of us for some reason, the same reason they love the Tony Soprano version of Italians. America is not ready for an intelligent black male in fact the are still very afraid of one. I support him fully, because we need to give America what it needs and sometimes you need what you are not ready for. America wasnt ready for desegregation, but it needed to be done. Its like the dentist nobody is ever ready for a visit to the dentist, but sometimes we all need it. Americas a great country with some flaws and now its time for a dentist to get in there.
these pictures are the WORST Ive ever seen where on earth did you get them.
it is that the majority in this country has brainwashed us. every race gender or creed through out the world would pull together to support their own except us. we try to find every reason not to just to sound intelligent for the other manif there was a native american running there would be no devide among them or asian jewish only us we will countinue to be lower class until we decide we can lead to. and for all those who want to vote for the other man or woman keep on being a slave and tell your kids and grandkids why they are still slaves to the other man
Black folks should not allow the Clintons make us think that we owe them. Yes, Bill Clinton was favorable to black folks during his presidency. We repaid that favor by helping his approval ratings during the impeachment hearings. It was part of the reason that the Senate did not impeach him, after all those Republican senators saw the polls showing Clinton with a high approval rating. Also, black folks overwhelmingly voted for Hillary in New York to get her elected and re-elected to the senate
So don’t use experience as an excuse not to vote for Obama. You have already paid your dues to the Clintons.
Obama is black. He is christian. He is highly educated and is supported by lots of educated people of USA. He is the most capable to deal with our friends and enemies alike. He is honest, fairand is electable. yes, America is ready for a black president, the problem is not USA not being ready, but some black people not being ready for a black president themselves. AAH. 12/19/07
Pray Before You Vote is what I say. Barak is a great candidate. I admire his guts. As a Christian voter, Im seeking God to see how he handles all the issues that are important to God
Im seeking God before I make any final decisions. My book talks about the importance of voting, understaning what issues are important to God, and why do Christian Democrats and Christian Republicans disagree. I believe that God has given us the right to govern this land according to His laws. Im looking for the candidate that has a relationship with Jesus Christ and has the faith and social balance. We will be held accountable for the laws we have created. We have to be concerned about poverty, the abortion rate and equal treatment of all people. We must research the candidates, listen to their platforms and after that, pray before we vote!

Barack Obama for president!
It is my belief that the Clintons are no real friends of African-Americans and have used black folks to solidify their power. This became very clear this past week as the Clintons used their surrogates to use race based tactics to attack Obama. Bob Carrey trying to say he was complimenting Obama by trying to point out his so called muslim heritage and Sheehan bringing up Obamas past teenage drug use. Black people need to wake up and stop being so emotional about things and start using their brains. The Clintons have played on our emotions for too long. The Democratic party can be just as racist as the Republicans. There is no way I will ever for Hillary Clinton. If she is the nominee, I will vote for a Republican.
It is funny sometimes when people say you can not have or do a job because you do not have experience. None of these candidates on either side have have experience. They all will start green just like our current president. Jackson Al could have never been president because the job is for all Americans. Barack is the right person for the job, he is just like Shirley Chisholm he can and has crossed the color line. But I think the big difference this time is timing, America may be ready this time around. So to JJ Al and all those who question if he is black enough I say to you yes and Barack is good for all Americans

I would like to see a black president, but Mr. Obama is not readyHe has good ideas for Americabut americans will be taxed
to support these programsWe need a smaller government and if we get all the progams we would still be locked into the government running
our livesIf it comes to Him or Clinton, I choose himThe Repulicians have a better plan

I am FOR OBAMA all the way! Is America ready for a Black President? Will it ever be? America really wasnt ready to end slavery or segregation. And just how much experience does he have to have? How black does he have to be? I will vote for him because he is qualified, intelligent, capable and yes, hes black! Obama is everything I expect my own sons to be. In short, with all the virtues and ideals I say value, it would be supremely hypocritical of me not to support Obama. There is no other candidate!
When will we believe in OUR OWN for a CHOICE? DO You have ALWAYS vote for OTHERS! TRY YOUR OWN
We! cant keep waiting on the others to keep throwing us a bone
OBAMA FOR PRESIDENT
This is a great time for the African American Community and all Americans
I live in the Detroit, Michigan area and would like to work with the, Obama for president Campaign.

I feel that Barack Obama is well qualified, experienced and has all the neccessary capabilities to be an excellent president. He will definitely get my vote.
I support Mr. Barack Obama he is ready. President Bush did his very best, and now its time for betterand better is Mr. Barack Obama. His intellect, his total overall disposition, his education and his sincere approach and focus on the issues of America is calling Mr. Barack Obama to take the office of the next President of the United States of America.
I am an Obama supporter and I believe he will be a great president. I constantly am hearing people make uninformed comments about him and his bid for the white house; like he is short on experience or he spends too much time talking about Hillary or that America is not ready for a black president and the worse of them all is "we should not vote for him simply because he is black". I have to ask this of all of you nay sayers should we not vote for him because he is black? I will bet the farm that there are plenty that wont vote for him for that reason, black and white. And for you that feel he is so inexperienced in politics this is all the more reason to vote for him arent you tired of getting the same old politics. We need a change we dont deserve the same old politics, Barack Obama is that change. We should accept the gift regardless of its wrapping. If not now. When? If not Obama. Who? If not here. Where?
Hi
I am very disappointed with Barack Obama with the way he is running his campaign. It is never good to bring others down to lift ourselves up and that is what he is doing with Hilary Clinton. Also one should not choose Barack Obama simply because he is blackThey should consider if he is the right candidate. He himself should also think whether he can run this country and be true to himself. I hope he is not running because Oprah wanted him to run but because he thinks he is qualified enough to run this country. He has a personality that can sway others but during the debates he did not answer the questions as a President shouldI do not think he is ready for this Presidency. If he had waited a few more years and gained more experience it would be better for him.
As of right now, I am undecided on who to vote for at this point. Obama seems unclear on some resonate issues. If he becomes more clear on important issue to us Americans and not focusing on Hilary, I will lean towards him. Regardless of who wins, we cannot depend on anyone to hold our hand make ourselves productive members of the United States, because at the end of the day, they are financially independent.
I DO NOT HAVE ANY INTENTIONS OF SUPPORTING Barack Obama, or any other Liberal candidate. I am greatly disappointed by the fact that everyone thinks that I am suppose to support Obama because hes black, I think. Heres my problem, he holds no real public office experience neither does Clinton or Edwards. The liberal message will only continue to keep black Americans from progressing by offering more promises of handouts that only keep us addicted to this political system. I believe that we as a people would fair much better by going back to our conservative roots and building from within, no matter who holds office. For many reasons Ill be supporting Mike Huckabee without compromise. Less government and more family is our only hope. I holding up Juan Williams book, Enough, it puts a lot of what we need to do as a people in plain sight. Liberation not liberalism is whats needed for black people
As much as I support Obama, I still believe the majority of American is not ready for a Black man as President.
I think an Edwards Obama ticket would be ideal. The country would have years to get used to the idea and he would ascend to the presidency that much easier, with the "exeprience" the critics claim he lacks
IT’S TIME FOR CHANGE" I believe Barack is the candidate could move America in that direction. Most Americans whether you are Democrat, Republican, black or white are on the same page regarding ending the war in Iraq. We need President who not only can be our Commander and Chief that is ready to go war. but address/deliver the social issues of American such as affordable universal healthcare and quality education for the working poor (middle class).
Ive seen these issue debated without any results in past
I say again “Its time for Change".
I think Barack Obama woudl be a fine president in the future. I just believe that Hillary Clinton is more electable at this point in time, hence my vote goes towards her.
Would love to see Barack Obama win the presidential race I will vote for him)of course there is a safety concern for this family man in the good old US of A

Now that Brother Obama has taken the step to run for President, it is crucial that we support him as a group. We supported the other candidates in the past; now it is our turn. Psalm 133:1-3 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unityfor there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore
Obama says:". I co-sponsored and introduced legislation to. reverse the Supreme Court’s decision in Ledbetter Goodyear Tires, which made it difficult for minority and women employees to allege employment discriminations. How about adding funding to Legal Aid for legal representation Its easy to file, but way too expensive to take someone to court
Thats why most people dont.
Obama says he will create a Homeowner Obligation Made Explicit (HOME) score, which will allow individuals to easily compare various mortgage products and understand the full cost of the loan. In addition, each time you apply for a loan (or credit) TO COMPARE their rates, this practice negativley affects your credit rating (and credit score). So I would hope he will discontinue that unfair practice, to ensure that the HOME program is effectively used. And make it illegal for loan companies to approve loans to people that cannot afford to KEEP the property.
Im a fan of Barack and Im glad to see that BE endorses him. However, I always tell people to be educated voters even about why youre not* voting for someone. Heres a site that helps people make an educated choice: http://wwwSmarterVoteorg
I think Barack Obama will bring a new vision for all americas and will do a wonderful job!
I love Barack Obama, I love his Spirit, his vision for America and I know he is capable of doing an excellent job as our President. Go Barack

I like Barack Obama and would really like to see him win. He could have my vote but he really needs to start telling us what he is about and stop hollering about Hillary. Via Bill Clinton, she is a known quantity and is likely electable. He needs to stop with the nice, feel-good stories and start putting some real plans on the table. (Besides as an IL voter, he has not yet proven himself to us after stating that he had no intention of running for president) Also, while Oprah is good to suggest to us a book, martini flavor, cake, appliance, informed voters like me really dont need her advice on a presidential candidate. If he and Hillary are not careful, John Edwards might emerge as the victor. Remember, many of us are not voting for anybody just because theyre black.
Why I support Barack Obama: I have studied his policies, read two of his books, and I have met him in person. He has the intelligence, leadership ability, new ideas, and charisma to win the presidency. Obama has not only the experience, but the wisdom to be a great president. It is time to move past the politics of partisanship and bring the country together to solve real problems. No one else can form the new majority we need to successfully manage Americas challenges. As I have been canvassing for Obama in Iowa and Nevada, I am even more convinced as I talk to other voters
